About Us
Welcome to the Retreat at ChampionsGate Community Association, Inc. This Homeowners' Association (HOA), a Florida non-profit corporation, controls the neighborhood we live in by virtue of a Declaration of Covenants attached to the deed of every house in The Retreat. The HOA enforces the Covenants through a Board of Directors (BOD).
At the Retreat, we take pride in being a premier vacation rental home community, offering a safe, comfortable, and welcoming experience for families visiting Florida’s world-class attractions, including Disney World, Universal Studios, SeaWorld, Gatorland, and more!
